That airlines think technicians are dispensable-reports are that an airline made cleaners do their job!
Mgmt view-techs do nothing but roam “around with a tool kit.”

Cracking the whip or pressurising oppressed?technicians at Mumbai told:
-No hike in pay
-12 hr ultimatum given to report to duty or face the sack
-Told the airline is in process to hire if all not fall in line.

Go First mgmt - HR head, CEO & VP engineering to meet technicians at Mumbai & Delhi base today.
Info is that meeting at Mumbai already underway & Delhi to happen in the evening. Majority of Go Technicians reported sick today, seeking a salary hike.

As per info:
DGCA officials on audit at Hyderabad ramp , also DGCA officials going onboard & checking maintenance logs. Due to shortage, night halt maintenance & repairs getting impacted at HYD & other bigger bases of 6E.
