@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care I have ICICI bank savings account from last 15 years and also using I mobile regularly recently it stopped working on my phone so called customer care they surprisingly told me to update my IOS to use I mobile service. This is ridiculous and against law @MIB_India @FinMinIndia

@ICICIBank This is simply a Dictatorship in terms of service provided by @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank I am using I phone and my IOS version is 16.5 as i have less space on my mobile i have not upgraded it to latest version of IOS thats my choice weather to upgrade it or not
