Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I made a payment for a Jio Air Fiber connection on Feb 11, 2025, as instructed by your agent. Today is March 18, 2025, and the installation is still pending. Despite multiple complaints to Jio Care and the agent, no resolution has been provided.
