CBDT raised threshold of keeping black money by individual to Rs. 20 lacs w.e.f. 01/10/2024. Instructions issued on 18th August, 2025. Are we backtracking from "clean India" policy? Why no formal communication is available in public domain? Why the retrospective amendment made?

@ManishNifty In fact, we need to create a conducive atmosphere in stock market, so that there will be more and more participation. It could be created only when we reduce our taxes in this field.
