@Cleartrip So basically you are charging the amount twice(once while booking and once while taking refund) for the same booking ? How does that make sense. At least a part of it should be passed down to the consumer.

I agree that the fees are utilised, but if Indigo has refunded that amount to you, then ethically shouldn’t those the passed on to the end user ? Your competitor ixigo is doing the same. Way to lose a loyal customer!

I’m not talking about the refund. I’m talking about extra compensation as mentioned by Indigo in their post above. They are making the promise of extra compensation for inconvenience caused, but no response on mail shared.
