I am surprised. Had ordered a perfume 4m @ZARA India. D product got lost in transit. When I ask for refund, dey send a googke form on WA asking my card number, CVV number, name & other details. What is this new fraud in India? Is any1 aware

Disgusting cust care. No email id to get in tch wth. Scammers accost on WA with promise of refund sending google forms asking card details incl CVV number. No refund given whn a prepaid product is not delivered wth out a reason. Shameful
