@Swiggy What about wrongly ordered food complaint. This is not done one has to pay for the food item not even ordered. And resolution is feedback taken. Why do customer has to bear the loss of either restaurant or swjggy's mistakes.

@SwiggyCares You might take any action. But no one is ful filling for the bad experience. These are only empty lies. No one is there to listen at the very time the food was delivered. Despite raising concern no resolution provide. Only ignorance.
Using porter/rapido would have better.

@3M very poor experience with post installation team. Untrained worker calling themselves experienced technician don't even know how to install the expensive water softener their own company is selling. Not recommended! Don't fall their marketing gimmick. Very bad experience.
