He says, "I got my wife admitted here in the hospital. They said a normal delivery would cost Rs 10000 and a c-section delivery would cost Rs 12000. As my wife went deeper into labour, they went on increasing their charges. I arranged the money by 2:30 am and even asked them if they are incapable, I should take my wife elsewhere. They went on increasing the charges further. I asked them to begin the delivery process and that I would arrange for more money, to which they firmly demanded money first and only then would they operate on my wife... My newborn child died. They then threw my wife out on the road. We then went to a surgeon... I then went to the DM and he has come here with me. I was carrying my dead baby in a bag..." (22.08)

आज सदन में काँग्रेस के एक नेता ने मेरे बारे में व्यक्तिगत टिप्पणी भी की, कि जब काँग्रेस ने मुझे पूरी तरह से फर्जी केस में फँसाया और गिरफ़्तार कराया, तब मैंने इस्तीफा नहीं दिया।
मैं काँग्रेस को याद दिलाना चाहता हूँ कि मैंने अरेस्ट होने से पहले ही इस्तीफा दे दिया था और बेल पर बाहर आने के बाद भी, जब तक मैं अदालत से पूरी तरह निर्दोष साबित नहीं हुआ, तब तक मैंने कोई संवैधानिक पद नहीं लिया था। मेरे ऊपर लगाए गए फर्जी केस को अदालत ने यह कहते हुए ख़ारिज किया कि केस political vendetta से प्रेरित है।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी और NDA हमेशा नैतिक मूल्यों के पक्षधर रहे हैं। श्री लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी जी ने भी सिर्फ आरोप लगने पर ही अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था। दूसरी ओर श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी जी द्वारा शुरू की गई अनैतिक परंपरा को काँग्रेस पार्टी आज भी आगे बढ़ा रही है।

जिस श्री लालू प्रसाद यादव जी को बचाने के लिए काँग्रेस पार्टी अध्यादेश लाई थी, जिसका श्री राहुल गांधी ने विरोध किया था, आज वही राहुल गांधी पटना के गांधी मैदान में लालू जी को गले लगा रहे हैं। विपक्ष का यह दोहरा चरित्र जनता भली-भांति समझ चुकी है।

पहले से स्पष्ट था कि यह बिल पार्लियामेंट की संयुक्त संसदीय समिति (जेपीसी) के समक्ष रखा जाएगा, जहाँ इस पर गहन चर्चा होगी, फिर भी सभी प्रकार की शर्म और हया छोड़कर, भ्रष्टाचारियों को बचाने के लिए, काँग्रेस के नेतृत्व में पूरा INDI गठबंधन एकत्रित होकर इसका भद्दे व्यवहार से विरोध कर रहा था।

आज विपक्ष जनता के बीच पूरी तरह से expose हुआ है।
