I waited for almost an hour at @LakshmiHyundai_ miyapur just for an advisor to attend my car. And then after an hour's wait, the advisor says parts are not available, and he is not even sure how long the parts will take. Came all the way from zahirabad, morning wasted!!!

@EurekaForbes I don't know how many customer care calls and tweets I have to send to get one purifier installed in a class 1 city. I am sorry to say, but this is one of the worst customer services I have seen till now.

@EurekaForbes had bought a water purifier from @amazonIN, delivered on Friday. Had to be installed in 48 hours. Been three days, no installation yet. Calling customer care since 2 days with no avail. Didn't expect such poor service right at the start... very disappointed.
