Your customer support team is good for nothing, they fool customers by giving fake timelines, I m doubtful if they register complaints or not becoz they don’t provide ticket ID on real time.

@Flipkart @_Kalyan_K 2nd incident in last one month. Shipment is out for delivery since 12th but still pending for delivery. Is delivery agent coming from another planet?? Requested for cancellation but no one is bothered.

This is really disappointing to see the level of customer service is getting worst. Order was placed with ID - OD429548697388895200 on 30th Oct’23 and it was marked delivered on 31st itself while shipment wasn’t delivered. Complaint raised on very same day but no soln
