Sir, Request to Kindly Consider below legitimate demands of LPG Distributors of India,with immediate effect:
1.STOP FORCED ENFORCEMENT OF PNG:

AS IT IS THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF THE CUSTOMERS TO CHOSE THEIR OPTION-LPG OR PNG.

2.REVISE LPG DISTRIBUTORS COMMISSION WEF:
a)Revise LPG Distributors Commission to Rs 150/- minimum , for domestic cylinders , WEF.
b)Besides it, Implement Recommendations of Denovo-1 and Denovo-2 ,Commission Recommendations WEF.

3.Stop Distributors Indent Modifications,Stop forced dispatches of NFR/ARB/Non fuel items , ND 19 Kg ,FTL 5 Kg Cylinder to Distributors without their Demands/Indents.

4.REDUCE OTP/DAC LIMIT BY OMCs , Max upto 90% ONLY, WEF.

5.Stop Frequent illegal softwares modifications by OMCs without prior consent /aproval from Distributors .

6.STOP ILLEGAL IMPOSITION OF MDG PENALTIES BY OMCs ON LPG DISTRIBUTORS.

7.STOP OMC OFFICERS INHUMAN BEHAVIOUR WITH LPG DISTRIBUTORS LIKE SLAVES.

👍 Dear Distributors,

I sincerely request all our fellow distributors to participate in the nationwide protest called by LDAI at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, on 26th October.

This is not a struggle for the benefit of a few distributors or for one particular State. This is a collective fight by distributors from across the country for the legitimate rights of the entire distributor fraternity.

Our commission increase has been pending for the last six years, despite the De Novo study conducted by the OMCs. We have waited patiently, made representations and followed the proper channels. It is now time for all of us to stand together and make our collective voice heard.

This is a historic opportunity. A nationwide protest by distributors at Jantar Mantar, the very heart of the country’s democratic protest, is something we should not miss.

Please be a participant and be proud to say in the future:

“I was there at Jantar Mantar on 26th October when distributors from across India came together and fought for their legitimate rights.”

It is not like the old saying:

“Jawan aage badho… maroge toh veer swarg milega;
jeetoge toh hamko gaddi milegi!”

Let us not be among those who simply remain at home while a few others go to the front and fight for everyone’s rights.

This is our struggle. These are our rights. And the benefits will belong to every distributor.

We are asking for nothing unreasonable. We are asking for:

🔹 The long-pending increase in commission
🔹 Implementation of the legitimate entitlement reflected through the De Novo exercise
🔹 Relief from unrealistic targets and pressures
🔹 Freedom from unfair practices and harassment
🔹 A fair and sustainable future for the entire distributor community

We are not trying to unnecessarily trouble the OMCs or the Government. We are simply asking for justice for a genuine and long-pending demand.

And most importantly, there is nothing to fear by participating in a peaceful, lawful and collective protest for our legitimate rights.

Dear friends, please think beyond today.

Think about the moral satisfaction of having stood together, and also the financial benefit that a fair increase in commission will bring to every distributor across the country.

Let us not leave this responsibility to someone else.

Let us stand together at Jantar Mantar on 26th October.
Let Uttara Kannada be represented.
Let our presence be counted.
Let us fight together for what is legitimately ours.

PNG- Capitalist’s State Welfare Agenda

PNG- CGD -City Gas Distribution meant only for Cities which counts to be
1.75 Cr Shahari Cutomers Only.

PNG- Fixed and high setup costs

PNG- Price Control in the Private Companies hands, initially lucrative but loots aimed by the few unfair private players in the long term.

हम भारत के 25,596 LPG वितरक हैं। यदि हम संगठित हो जाएँ,तो हमारी आवाज़ को कोई भी अनदेखा नहीं कर सकता।

आज हमारी समस्याएँ लगातार बढ़ रही है
❌ घटता हुआ कमीशन, बढ़ती महँगाई
❌ लगभग 40-50 % तक बिक्री में गिरावट
❌ 25/45 दिन की बुकिंग असमानता
❌ अनावश्यक KYC का दबाव
❌ 5Kg FTL,19 kg ND Commercial Cylinders एवं अन्य एलपीजी उत्पादों (NFR/ARB/Other Fuel Products)के लिए तेल कम्पनियों का गेर क़ानूनी लगातार दबाव,इनका बिना माँग वितरकों को जबरन थोपना , भारी भरकम आर्थिक शोषण कर वितरकों को आर्थिक मृत्यु की ओर धकेलना
❌ असीमित बढ़ते संचालन खर्च और प्रतिदिन घटती आय
❌ पीएमयू , KYC का संभावित पेनल्टियों का वित्तीय बोझ,शून्य प्रतिफल के ekyc,मेंडेटरी इंस्पेक्श(MI)के लिए दबाव
❌OMCs द्वारा गेर कानूनी एमडीजी(MDG) एव अन्य अवैध कटोत्रियों के नाम पर धमकियाँ ओर भारी भरकम अवैध आर्थिक दंड थोप कर गेर क़ानूनी वसूली
