@TRAI my @airtelindia wi-fi connection at Powai, Mumbai isn’t working for last 3-4 days in spite of raising complaint and talking to customer care. They only buy time. Their service breaks down very often. In past 1 week, it was available for only 1 day. Please help.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after disruption of over 48 hours in Powai, Mumbai, the wi-fi service was restored day before yesterday but AGAIN NO WI-FI INTERNET since Yesterday night. More than 14 hours, no wi-fi internet.
Is it not possible to improve your horrible service?
