2. So the cost of acquisition per share based on Vedanta demerger record date price of 775.25 are :-

Vedanta oil and gas - 166.25
Vedanta power - 94.60
Vedanta Iron and steel - 52.50
Vedanta Aluminium - 55.30

3. Now on 15 June vedanta Aluminium listed at 530 , whereas it's acquisition pricecwas 55.30 ... This was because of the phenomenal growth of Aluminium business... 4. HOWEVER IT IS COMMON SENSE THAT HOW CAN THE THREE DEMERGED COMPANIES TRADE AT SUCH DEEP DISCOUNTED PRICE FROM THEIR COST OF ACQUISITION, SUSTAIN FOR LONG ....
