Registered a TV complaint on 9 Oct. Technician visited on 10 Oct with a faulty multimeter, promised repair in 1–2 days. Still no fix or update after 6 days! Even Area Manager Monika isn't answering calls. Pathetic after-sales service! When will this be resolved?
