I got the BSNL SIM for ₹1… but the real surprise came later.

1. Not taking care of migraine triggers, such as sleep deprivation, irregular meal timings, foods that can trigger a migraine attack, and stress.
2. Not recognizing and taking care of psychiatric comorbidities such as anxiety, depression and insomnia.
3. Taking frequent pain-relief medications (which could result in medication overuse headache)
4. Missing alternate diagnosis that can cause frequent headaches, such as idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST)
5. Inadequate dose and duration of anti-migraine drugs.
