@my_mokobara getting stuck on service issue. My suitcase damaged within warranty period. Accepted by your store for repair. It’s send some place from where I’m now getting message no repair can be done. This is #frustrating. I’m without suitcase and #CustomerService now. #Sos

However seems delivery only on 12th. I have a travel from 11th for a biz meeting & was hoping I get delivery prior. Also why I was chasing hard. Any possibility of faster delivery?
@Uber_India drivers in Chennai insisting on paying directly instead of choosing option of choosing payment through app. Two incidences today. And I’m not getting support from Uber support either :( #frustrating#CustomerServiceFail#customerexperience
@IndiGo6E They haven’t at all & saying call centre need to handle any customer grievance. We were stuck in support more that 6hours in the night. No compensation for the suffering. Due lack of planning of @IndiGo6E as you must be knowing rules of flying time @DGCAIndia#customerexperimce
