Ur website refuses MasterCard and insists on Visa. The card being rejected is an HDFC MasterCard.

If ur own bank’s card isn’t good enough for your own insurance company, why should customers have confidence in your payment systems?

Please clarify: Is this a UPI/NPCI limit, an HDFC issue, or something else? Customers NEED TRANSPARENCY, NOT CONFUSION.

I call them mistakes because I want to believe they are oversights, not intentional.

But in insurance, unclear questions can create serious problems later. This deserves a proper review.

Your NRI proposal form assumes every NRI has a PIO card. That’s simply wrong. I had to use my Emirates ID because there was no suitable option.

This isn’t a customer error. It’s a poorly designed form that clearly hasn’t been reviewed. Ever.
