@agoda Booking ID 610511391
I am in correspondence with the customer service by email but every reply is coming from a different Agent name and they are not making sense at all. It looks like @agoda is not taking this seriously at all.

We booked a premium room through @agoda , but the hotel denied the booking and downgraded us. Agoda’s proposed US$69 refund on a US$459 booking is unreasonable and does not reflect the severity of the issue. Pls look into.

@311Toronto @TO_Gardiner_LS pls look into

@cityoftoronto Eastbound Gardiner near the Grand Avenue overpass has faded lane markings and a temporary bend from construction barricades that is disorienting drivers and requires immediate correction. Seeing confused drivers everyday.

@HiltonGrandVac We are facing an unpleasant experience. While booking the marketing package, the agent specifically mentioned Grand Wailea resort would be available & now while finalizing the dates, agent is saying this hotel is not available for us at all.

We have a connecting flight from NBO to NY (JFK), KQ 002 departing at 23:35 which we cannot board anymore because of the first flight’s delay. The agent says next flight is on next day so we are completely stranded. Pls Help urgently, we have all further bookings made already.
