@boazweinstein@thetimes You literally have caused so much headache for EWI shareholders. I sold out because of your firms draining campaign . Nothing to be proud of.
@WorkElizab I would say that we need to live together in this world and that I have no problem.with them.being vegan ) I have done vegan for years on end pre viously) so they should also have thoughtfulness that someone else eats meat. They can move to a vegan society if they can't do that
@CNBC Interesting , I find Amazon drivers here in UK to be appealing, just dumping parcels where they can be stolen. I hear that the staff are pushed beyond limits to meet delivery numbers. No point quoting letter from mother's if that's what's happening in the background?
@investor_shy@boazweinstein@QuotedData The reason they haven't touched MNL is the manager has such a large holding themselves . I hold MNL myself . I'd love to see SABA try and mess with MNL. Also why hasn't SABA tried it on with NAS?
@investor_shy@boazweinstein@QuotedData Whatever quoted data is or isn't doesn't excuse how SABA have damaged a number of investment trusts which are long term compounding vehicles . The amount of distress you have caused and think your a hero
@Keir_Starmer Please look at RTM and make it very easy for larger developments that have multiple buildings and common estate areas to form an RTM. Leaseholders can then appoint managing agent if their choice and scrutinise and have better oversight.
@joebovis@Keir_Starmer They are not minimal. I for example pay 1019 a year in ground rent and it's on the outskirts of London. This will help. On parallel leasehold and the way managing agents abuse the system and lack of transparency needs work
@FreeLeasehlders@UKLabour Will commonhold address the scam that are doubling ground or inflation linked ground rents. The freeholders provide no service but rake in cash . Many solicitors did not warn about the long term consequences. Some mortgage companies are not lending on escalating ground rents.
@BillAckman Bil why are SABA coming to the UK and trying to disrupt our investment trust sector in such an aggressive manner. Instead of working around long term investing principles to improve the trust they want to take them out and replace with some trading strategy.
