@Fidomobile is there a way I can talk to customer service person ? anytime I call I just get lost in selecting options for that virtual assistant and it cancels my call.

@FidoSolutions I was not able to , I tried to select options but it was not able to understand so it kept telling me not able to schedule your call on this moment and my phone gets hung up.
