विषय: बीपीएससी बिहार कृषि सेवा ( विज्ञापन संख्या 18/2024 एवं 21/2024) के अंतिम परिणाम प्रकाशन के संबंध में!
महाशय,
उपरोक्त विषय पर कहना चाहते है कि दिनांक 20 जनवरी 2025 को माननीय पटना उच्च न्यायालय में हुई सुनवाई के आलोक में विज्ञापन संख्या 18/2024 (SDAO) और 21/2024 (BAO) के अंतिम परिणाम पर लगी रोक को हटाने का निर्देश दिया गया है। माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश के आदेशानुसार इन परीक्षाओं के अंतिम परिणाम प्रकाशित करने की अनुमति दी गई है।

इस संदर्भ में यह निवेदन है कि चूंकि BAO और SDAO के अधिकतर अभ्यर्थी विज्ञापन संख्या 24/2024 (BHO) में भी शामिल हैं, जिसकी साक्षात्कार प्रक्रिया आज (दिनांक 21 जनवरी 2025) से आरंभ हो रही है, अतः यदि BAO और SDAO के अंतिम परिणाम प्रकाशित नहीं किए जाते हैं, तो BHO की रिक्तियों में भारी बैकलॉग का सामना करना पड़ेगा l

अतः आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए हम छात्र हित में विज्ञापन संख्या 18/2024 और 21/2024 के अंतिम परिणाम अतिशीघ्र घोषित करने की कृपा करें।
