@zomatocare second time from the same dominos store they have delivered after 1 hour and the food was in worst condition also no proper support from zomato in case of dominos . Not at all happy with the service

@dominos_india this is the second time from the same branch dominos Malaysian township Hyderabad delivered after 1 hour and the food is in worst condition I need my full refund and kindly take som kind of disciplinary action on that team

Thanks for the call, @swiggy especially Junaid from Swiggy team understood the issue and informed escalating the issue with the vendor to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
However, @dominosindia hasn’t reached out yet regarding the main issue. Awaiting their response.

Order at 7 PM (ETA 7:26) delivered at 8 PM. Food was cold & inedible. No response from store.
Different delivery person came and was rude. how can we trust this delivery?
If it’s self-delivery, why list on Swiggy?newd refund.
