तबेला बन चुके जिस स्कूल की बदहाली छिपाने के लिए CJP कार्यकर्ताओं पर हमला किया गया, उसकी तस्वीर आज पूरे हिंदुस्तान ने देख ली। अब तो BBC भी वहाँ पहुँच गया है

बताया जा रहा है कि गाँव में करीब 200 परिवार रहते हैं—लगभग 120 ब्राह्मण और 80 के आसपास OBC, SC-ST परिवार। सरकारी स्कूल में कुल करीब 18 बच्चे पढ़ते हैं, जिनमें 12 SC और 8 OBC बताए जा रहे हैं, जबकि बाकी बच्चे निजी स्कूलों में पढ़ते हैं।

सवाल सीधा है—बच्चों के भविष्य से जुड़ी इस बदहाल सरकारी व्यवस्था को दिखाने से इतनी घबराहट क्यों? क्या इसी स्कूल की बदहाली सामने न आए, इसलिए BJP से जुड़े लोगों ने CJP कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मारपीट की?

स्कूल की हालत छिपाने से हकीकत नहीं बदलेगी। अब पूरा देश देख रहा है।

Justice Gavai decided to leave the matter and not act against the person who tried to throw shoe at him. This is indeed his greatness.

However, the whole incident has sent a chilling message to the entire judiciary. That if anyone can get away with throwing shoe at CJI, then what to talk of other judges. Are other judges safe?

The manner in which Justice Gavai is being mocked and threatened on social media with impunity by their supporters, this seems to be a pre planned and systematic attempt to browbeat and force entire judiciary into submission. The judiciary must take action against these hooligans. Lack of action against them will undermine the independence and effectiveness of judiciary.

The man who attempted to throw the shoe and those threatening and mocking CJI MUST be given exemplary punishment so that noone in future dares to mess with judiciary.
