This is a formal public escalation regarding AWB 4867524739222.

The shipment was duly picked up on 29/05/2026 at 5:35 PM by your authorized pickup executive against a signed manifest, which has already been shared with your support team. Despite possessing documentary proof of handover, the tracking status has now been changed to "Pickup Exception" without any explanation, investigation report, or communication from Shiprocket.

Repeated emails, calls, and escalation attempts have failed to produce any meaningful response regarding the current location, custody, or status of the shipment.

As the shipment was accepted by your authorized representative, the responsibility for its custody and tracking rests entirely with Shiprocket and its logistics partner.

The absence of transparency and failure to provide shipment visibility despite proof of pickup raises serious concerns regarding operational negligence and deficiency in service.

I demand:
• The exact reason for the "Pickup Exception" status.
• The current physical location of the shipment.
• A written investigation update.
• A definitive resolution timeline.

Failing a prompt response, I will be constrained to pursue appropriate remedies before consumer protection authorities and other competent forums.
