Dear @IndiGo6E accidentally entered same first name for both my children PNR H53RKV. Contacted customer care within 5 minutes of booking. Domestic booking, same family, same surname, obvious duplicate-entry mistake for a minor passenger. Being asked to cancel and rebook.

We have enquired at Education dept at Samastipur and they may not have any clue as to if and how they are to send confirmation. Hence delay.

Ordered JBL Authentics 500 from Croma Store Karelibaug, Vadodara on 20 Jul which is still not delivered. Store manager has been unable to get the product. He insists on refund which I have rightfully denied. The product has since increased in price.@cromaretail @_WiseRoy_
