So @Mixbook our school yearbook is given a delivery date, pay for next day shipping, book not here. No offer of compensation AND multiple contacts with company can not tell us WHEN the book will be here. Normal customer service?Our school community is frustrated.
@AlaskaAir Yes. But no one can tell me if my bag will make it to ONTARIO. And I was told I would have to go back to airport to pick it up if it doesn't make it.
So @AlaskaAir you cancel my geg to Seattle flight then cancel my sea to bur flight. Switch airports so I have to drive to meeting. Then tell me "you are the one who wanted to switch airports...so your missing baggage is your fault"?
