They’re operating like a bank in 1990s and want the customers to visit branch for every small thing. The folks in Branch are clueless with regards to customer issues & can only assist you with passbook updates.

Axis bank customer support is absolutely hopeless. Both - customer care & in/branch support.

They have not been able to unfreeze/defreeze my customer ID since April 2024 and nobody has any clue how to do it.

This is about trying to convert a prepaid sim card to e-Sim on iPhone.

First, I was suggested to watch the video & follow the steps (which I did).

Then my physical sim stops working & eSim never gets activated.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews The only solution that I am left with is to buy a new sim & @airtelindia penalises me to pay for the new sim, with an additional cooling down period of 4-5hrs before the new sim gets activated.

Fail to understand where did I go wrong, but not surprised that @airtelindia sucks!

The Tejas express from Goa to Mumbai has been running embarassinhly late since a past few days, but today it has crossed all the limits.

A train with 9hr journey is running 3hrs 42mins late. #Shame

Passengers must be compensated.
