Still no reply on this matter from @PhonePe and their manager Narendra sonavane of kalyan west responds once after calling him for 2-3 days and he keeps saying tomorrow and his tomorrow never comes .

@VirginAtlantic is expert in scamming its customers first they take your money and issue the ticket and upon arrival they ask you to pay more my senior citizen father is stranded at the mumbai international airport and there is no response from customer care executives at all

Traveling on Daund-Ind Express (PNR 8631922479) with my kids (aged4&5).Coach attendant refused an extra set of pillows while giving them to others. Ours were dirty, so we kept them aside. My kids are now sleeping without pillows. Just asking 2 b fair.
