If I already have no usable data, how am I supposed to use the internet after recharging? This was never clearly mentioned before recharge. This is misleading and causes unnecessary inconvenience. Please resolve this issue. @Airtel_Presence
Very disappointed with Airtel's service. I recharged with a ₹39 data add-on because I had no data left and needed internet immediately. However, the recharge doesn't appear in the Airtel Thanks app. @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia

I ported to Airtel expecting better service and Unlimited 5G, but I am very disappointed. My phone shows 5G, yet my daily data and 3 GB top-up are being consumed instead of Unlimited 5G. This is misleading.
After multiple complaints network is still very poor. 5G network automatically shifted to 4G. No benefits of port of my number from @reliancejio . U didn't take it seriously now I am going to port my number back to jio. @Airtel_Presence@JioCare@airtelindia

Extremely disappointed with Airtel network services. Despite raising multiple complaints, internet speed remains extremely poor and often unusable.The Airtel app says a network ticket has been raised, but there is still no improvement. Also, request not show.
