Today I had to take a 800km detour for a 250km ride since indigo wanted to charge 18000 for the same journey. While is was bad for environment and more work for me a middle class self employed surgeon cannot pay 18000 for 260km.#indigoairlines #rammohahannaidukinjarapu

Today as well there is no outdoor cooling unit connected to the atr. Indigo promise to look into this matter is just an empty promise Customer comfort be damned.

Indigo as usual does not hook up the out door cooling unit on a hot summer day in hyd. This feedback is given every weekend for last 4 weekends. It just doesn't care about passenger comfort.

There is no outdoor cooling unit connected for today's vijaywada flight. The atr engines cannot be started for safety reasons . We have to wait for 35 to 40 min hot cabin until flight engines are started. Poor service.
