@cryptocom app does not work on @SamsungMobile#S22 quite strange errors (opening the app locks the phone, cannot move the app to a folder, try few times phone starts burning hot and restarts) ! Now who gets to address the issue ๐

@KotakCares If your retention team was not able to reach me on my mobile no you should have emailed me OR should not have canceled my card. Now that you canceled my card you should return my annual fees which I have paid for 2021 OR get me a new card..Kotaks service has gone so bad!
@KotakCares I had clearly mentioned that Retention department has to confirm before closure, check your call records. Dont give me such reasons, I had given alternate no also to reach me, but without talking to me you have closed the account. That's wrong and completely unacceptable..
@KotakCares The fees is for the future till Jun 2021, when you have cancelled the card then return the money. It's as simple as that. Its even mentioned in the terms and also inthe consumer forum. I have a corporate salary account too which I will have to rethink n inform HR.
