@atherenergy I Have been waiting for an escalation call for more than a week and today i have been informed that there is no request. My vehicle is at the service center and at this point of time i regret my decision of buying an ather (Case number - 01127649)
Its really pathetic the service quality of a brand that was build onn trust and great WOM. @atherenergy does not follow but only preaches what @tarunsmehta says during podcasts. Been more than a month and the team is completely unbothered to reply to any queries. @jagograhakjago
.@atherenergy has really degraded the quality of service, the service center is closed a month back and my tickets gets raised for the same location. The call center team is not operational

My Aquaguard has broken down 6 time In the first year and everytime there has been a makeshift solution.
This has all led to a cartridge blasting which is completely unheard of (1/2)
Apparently the whole aquaguard does not come under brand warranty even in the first year when it's nor written anywhere
The main problem is the makeshift solutions done by the service team to solve simple issues and untrained staff of @RelianceDigital .
