25.yılını kutlayan #KritonCuri Çevre Vakfı Başkanı Birgül Küçükönder’in ziyaretiyle hocayı andık.
For Palestinians, especially in Gaza, Turkey is a key location to visit, study and reside, and Turkey's expansion of influence in the West Bank is contingent on sustainable ties with Israel @Istanbultelaviv Opinion

Fans of Turkish Fenerbahce sang the name of the terrorist and murderer "Vladimir Putin" after they lost to Dynamo Kyiv. We demand a public apology from the Turkish club and fans or expel Fenerbahce from Eurocups!

📌Uğur Şahin:
“Virüs mutasyona uğramaya devam edecek. Uzun bir savaş olacak. Şu an kullanılan aşılar, virüsün burun, ağız ve ciğerlerdeki geçişini engelliyor.
Happy to be outside of Istanbul, on a 5 day road trip in the Aegean region (far from the fires), and later this afternoon I will start documenting my trip in a thread of tweets! Looking at some Jewish heritage sites among other interesting places. Stay tuned!
Israel offered aid to Turkey, and it was not accepted (even if Erdogan did include them in his international message of thanks). Now, Turkey's FM says a Turkish company is renting firefighting planes from an Israeli company So, why not just accept the original aid Israel offered?
@Istanbultelaviv Looks incredible. I was in Bergama a while back and came across the synagogue but obviously didn't get to go in.

I arrived to Çanakkale and visited Mekor Hayim Synagogue built in 1890. The community which numbered 600 families in mid 19th century continued to dwindle during WWI, the 1934 Thrace Events (attacks on Jewish communities)and mass flight to Israel. Today 3 Jews are left in city.
Then I said good bye to Bergama. I wish I was able to see the ancient city, but I discovered a fantastic city in its place which I hope I will return to in the near future.
Yesterday I learned Micky Levy-Israel's new Speaker of the Knesset, is a Kurdish Jew. His parents are from Cizre, Turkey. Many don't know that Kurdish Jews pride themselves on their Kurdish past, preserving traditions, even if they don't speak Kurdish dialects but rather Aramaic.
