@AdultingADHD If I hit “overwhelmed” or have emotionally challenging stuff going on then I just freeze and mindlessly scroll or stare into space. Which of course does nothing to reduce the overload that led to this state.

@SciShowTangents I don’t have a store that I like near me, so no. I shop at the only store in town most often but I happily shop elsewhere when I get the chance. When I was in Florida I shopped mostly at Publix, as any good Florida resident should.
@sportswithjohn I have continued to find value in the content you have been making, especially TB related stuff recently. I’m actually currently listening to a Paul Farmer book as a result of your activism for PIH. I hope you find the break to be helpful and that things start looking up.
@RaymondhSmith@sportswithjohn I often finish books and don’t know the name of the book or the author. I’m sure my lack of awareness is not normal, but getting the Green brothers mixed up is a fairly common mistake.
I use Crash Course videos for the college biology classes I teach bc they’re great quality videos. Most other videos on the subject aren’t as well done. Support them if you can!
In 2012 my brother had a ridiculous idea that YouTube videos could be not just educational, but they coul dbe created specifically as a tool for teachers and students.
Not only would that maybe be popular (he argued to me) it would also just be good for the world.
