@flipkartsupport This is second time in a week again mobile phone order got delayed because I had trusted again on Flipkart and orderd again since last krder got cancelled because of issue at your end. Same issue repeating. Complete failure from your end.

@flipkartsupport Product was supposed to deliver in 10th June and till now I have not received any update. Even I am not getting option to cancel when I call customer care they are saying backend team is looking in to that. This is a pure harassment from flipkart.

@flipkartsupport You guys are fraud. Taken my Money and not giving. Product is not delivered due to your technical issue I understand but why the hell you are not cancelling my order and refunding my money since your customer care executive only said product is missed in transit.

@flipkartsupport Still I have not received my Refund and even production is cancelled. Every day I am getting call and they are saying next day and next day. This is completely frustrating and frud type behaviour. Holding my money and not cancelling the product.

@flipkartsupport I am flipkart plus customer and this behaviour shows how irrelevant your policy are. If you are unable to deliver then why cancellation option is not provided. Change your policy. No point of holding customer’s money and delaying product for more than 3 days.
