Onida technician visited today and said it's not covered under brand warranty. So now it's all about your accountability . It's already been 6 six days since I lodged my complaint. Now I will wait till deadline. Then I will lodge formal complaint .

Had I known earlier, I’d never buy your extended service. My Onida AC complaint took days, technicians said motor parts unavailable, later said PCB issue covered by brand and left. None of these conditions were mentioned in your package. Pathetic service.

I genuinely regret purchasing this plan. The after-sales service has been pathetic, with poor communication and no proper resolution timeline. I request others to think carefully before buying their service plans.
What kind of customer support is this? Customers buy service plans for peace of mind, not to suffer repeated delays and uncertainty. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially during urgent summer conditions.
At the time of purchasing the plan, none of these conditions, delays, or hidden limitations were mentioned. But now, after selling the service, your company keeps imposing new terms instead of actually resolving the problem.
After 2 days, your technician visited and said there was a motor issue, but the required parts were unavailable. Today another technician came and said the motor issue was fixed, but now there is a PCB issue with no clear timeline.
