I applied for SBI Credit Card and successfully completed two verification calls. When I specifically asked about address verification, your agent told me no physical visit was required it was only for card delivery, as I’m mostly in office.1/3

The very next day, an agent went to my rental address (where I’ve lived for just 45 days). My neighbours didn’t know me, so my application was rejected.
This is unreasonable and a complete waste of time. 2/3

However, an agent suddenly visited my rental address (I’ve been staying there for just 45 days). He said my neighbours don’t know me and cancelled the application immediately. I was at the office at that time and tried explaining the situation, but he didn’t listen. 2/3
