I swear i will not by tata in future and asks my near ones not to but tata vehicle
Ur product and ur service dont bother about the customers.
Let me tell u one thing clearly,this kind of product and service not in favour of tata image and u will see the results in coming months.

My Ev was not getting charged on date 11 aug at around 10:30 Pm .we were on highway and stuck there. I ask tata for help.After various communication they send help at 11am in morning after almost 12 Hrs. Thanks to TATA.

Various time i made complaint regarding slow charging no proper milage issues related to battery etc.every time service personal said sir it is resolved . But unfortunately all the problems still persist Thanks to TATA.

After that vehicle sent to Multitrch tata service centre Faridabad.they are asking it will take 4-5 days to repair.I asked for another vehicle they denied.Fhanks to tata for help.

Pathetic product.
Abnormal sound coming from bottom of vehicle.
No declared mileage is receiving.
Visited various times at the service station but no get the complaint resolved.
Want to retun the vehicle and get my refund.
