मोदी सरकार का UAPA के तहत बड़ा एक्शन।

जैश-लश्कर से जुड़े 23 लोगों को घोषित किया आतंकी।

भारत सरकार ने टेररिज्म के खिलाफ बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए UAPA के अं��र्गत लश्कर-ए-तैयबा और जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से जुड़े 23 लोगों को आतंकी घोषित कर दिया है।

गृह मंत्रालय के गजट नोटिफिकेशन में सुनजवां और नागरोटा हमलों सहित कई आतंकवादी साजिशों से जुड़े आरोपियों के नाम शामिल हैं।

ये सभी आतंकी भारत के खिलाफ आतंकवादी गतिविधियों, भर्ती, घुसपैठ, टेरर फंडिंग, हथियारों की तस्करी और आतंकी नेटवर्क को लॉजिस्टिक सहायता देने में शामिल रहे हैं।

इन 23 में से 11 मूल रूप से जम्मू-कश्मीर के, बाकी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक।

इन नए नामों के जुड़ने के बाद UAPA की चौथी अनुसूची के तहत घोषित व्यक्तिगत आतंकवादियों की संख्या बढ़कर 80 हो गई है।
