Had my recent experience with ,on 6th April 2025,Train no-12864, SMVT-Howrah Express, supposed to depart at 10:30, started at 4:30.

1.people had to waste 2/4 hour of precious time, given its summer the waiting become moe painful.
2.Many people had to cancel and update their subsequent journey, so loss of money and resource.

@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw the railway public help line number 139 even could confirm that train is starting at 4:30 , so no way to know. Sad part is even after reaching plaform , it was showing 2:30 as departure time, so people had to assume train starting 2:30
