Dr. Shaista Sohail at the HEC needs to explain exactly how celebrating Holi at a university has “disadvantageously affected the country’s image”.

Absurd letter. Surely HEC should concentrate on fulfilling its given mandate, instead of laying down such exclusionary policies.
