Had a very horrible experience with myntra, I ordered a saree but my wife did not like it, so I raised a return request but the delivery executive didn't accept the saree as the saree did not have any tag. Since then I am following daily but the matter is still unresolved.

Train #04059 delayed by 8 hours initially from source and now after journey it’s been 15 HOURS and has covered only 300 km so far.
Unbelievable mismanagement with no clear updates or accountability.

@RailMinIndia Train no 06060 running late by more than 4 hr. Many special train has same status. Why they are treating these train passenger as 3rd class? Are they not paying enough train fare. Even passenger train are given priority above special train. Please look in to it sir
