“The mischievous and indefensible allegations against his integrity have been exposed as hollow, and his record as Prime Minister is increasingly being recognised for what it was: a period of decisive economic, political, and social advancement in Indian history.
History will indeed remember Dr. Manmohan Singh kindly as a quiet, gentle but a most consequential Prime Minister.”
Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Smt Sonia Gandhi ji.

The AI revolution is here - bringing both threats and opportunities.
Our IT and services sector, a shining star of our economy, is at risk, and thousands of software engineers and professionals will lose their livelihoods if we do not prepare for the storm that is coming.
But we have opportunities too.
Data is the petrol which fuels the AI engine. As I said in parliament, India’s greatest asset is our brilliant people - and the enormous data we create.
In a few days, the government is hosting a grand AI Summit. It should have been an opportunity for India to assert leadership - to demonstrate how a country of 1.4 billion people can use our data to shape the global AI future ON OUR OWN TERMS.
Instead, a helpless PM Modi, has surrendered to the US ‘chokehold’ in the trade deal. Under the pretext of “clearing barriers to digital trade”, every move to use our data for our own benefit will be opposed.
Already, large foreign companies enjoy a near monopoly on our data through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Youtube, Amazon, Android, etc. With this deal, India will struggle to:
• Safely store the data of 1.5 billion Indians in India
• Get transparency in their source codes and algorithms
• Tax the profits they make using our data
It’s a shame that our Prime Minister has been pressured to hand over India’s prime resource to a foreign power.
The attack on the Chief Justice of India is an assault on the dignity of our judiciary and the spirit of our Constitution.
Such hatred has no place in our nation and must be condemned.
Ladakh’s amazing people, culture, and traditions are under attack by the BJP and RSS.
Ladakhis asked for a voice. The BJP responded by killing 4 young men and jailing Sonam Wangchuk.
Stop the killing.
Stop the violence.
Stop the intimidation.
Give Ladakh a voice. Give them the 6th Schedule.
This is a serious issue. Development is important and so is having a strategic base in the Islands, but they can be done without the ecological and human devastation that Smt Sonia Gandhi ji so eloquently outlines in her article. It’s time for a serious rethink.
I never thought I would be singing praises of Rahul Gandhi and would be supporting him .
seriously this man has gained massive respect, not just from me but most people right now in India .

For nearly two years, BJP's CM Biren Singh instigated division in Manipur. PM Modi allowed him to continue despite the violence, loss of life, and the destruction of the idea of India in Manipur.
The resignation of CM Biren Singh shows that mounting public pressure, the SC investigation and the no-confidence motion by the Congress have forced a reckoning.
But the most urgent priority is to restore peace in the state, and work to heal the wounds of the people of Manipur.
PM Modi must visit Manipur at once, listen to the people and finally explain his plan to bring back normalcy.

When the owner of a small business, like Annapoorna restaurant in Coimbatore, asks our public servants for a simplified GST regime, his request is met with arrogance and outright disrespect.
Yet, when a billionaire friend seeks to bend the rules, change the laws, or acquire national assets, Modi Ji rolls out the red carpet.
Our small business owners have already endured the blows of demonetisation, an inaccessible banking system, tax extortion and a disastrous GST. The last thing they deserve is further humiliation.
But when the fragile egos of those in power are hurt, it seems humiliation is exactly what they’ll deliver.
MSMEs have been asking for relief for years. If this arrogant government would listen to the people they would understand that a simplified GST with a single tax rate would solve the problems of lakhs of businesses.
The devastation unfolding in Wayanad is heartbreaking. I have urged the Union government in Parliament to extend all possible support, including increased compensation and its immediate release to the bereaved families.
Our country has witnessed an alarming rise in landslides in recent years. The need of the hour is a comprehensive action plan to address the growing frequency of natural calamities in our ecologically fragile regions.
The excessive rain in Kerala is highly concerning - my heart goes out to all those affected.
Heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. I urge Congress leaders & workers in the state to extend all possible help in relief and rescue operations.

VIZHINJAM PORT | How fake narratives are manufactured rewriting history! Check out this latest example from Kerala.
Elias John is a journalist from Kerala. He is also the president of Vizhinjam Port Action Council (VPAC).
In an interview with @thefourthlive, he is seen to be very convincingly trying to establish the following.
He begins by stating that @CPIMKerala was not interested in the port, but didn't oppose it either. Then he goes on to claim that Oomen Chandy Govt was never interested in the project, but he was forced to do it because of Aruvikkara by-poll. Oomen Chandy wanted to win the by-poll at any cost because his Govt would lose the majority in the assembly. But the mighty Elias John and VPAC threatened him that people won't vote for the Congress candidate if Vizhinjam port is not realized.
Tall claims. All of this would look very realistic if you simply listen to him without applying your mind. It's fun to debunk such fictitious propaganda and expose the vested interest of these people. (1/n)
Dear Prime Minister,
I am writing to request for a debate in Parliament on NEET tomorrow.
Our aim is to engage constructively in the interest of 24 lakh NEET aspirants who deserve answers.
I believe that it would be fitting if you were to lead this debate.
