I was earlier asked to “give some time” for resolution. However, 26–27 hours have already passed and there is still no update or action from your side. This continued delay reflects poor service and negligence. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. @aubankindia
@aubankindiaAs advised by the bank, I closed my old AU account and opted for the CA Scheme, but after 20+ days the benefits are still not activated and there is no response from the branch. Immediate resolution required, failing which I will escalate to the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
