Dear @BBMPCOMM, I used BBMP's D-Clutter service to dispose of old furniture. The team collected it from my home but dumped it on the roadside nearby instead of disposing of it properly. This defeats the purpose of the initiative. Please investigate, clear the waste, and take action.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia More than 12 hours downtime and no resolution yet in kudlu and parappana agrahara , pin 560068 Bangalore. When i contacted your agent, they said - they dont work in evening. So how are you handling data outage for customers- late night ? Pathetic!!

@RailMinIndia The problem is not only with contractors. Service staff are not following hygiene practices, and there is a lack of supervision and accountability. Even attendants giving bedsheets are asking for tips. Changing contractors alone will not solve the issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel worst network in India. Cust relations and Service is par below expectations. Slow network. 8hrs+ , no internet ( parappana agrahara , Bangalore) on a 300Mbps subscription and a cheap app which keeps on saying 6hrs+ for resolution.

First and most important thing is update a helpline number for your app. Not just AI chatbot. @MoHFW_INDIA @minmsme Please take strictest of action for apps like @Practo , if they don’t have customer grevience helpline.

@Practo @MoHFW_INDIA @minmsme I want to highlight inability of apps like Practo to address grevience. They don’t even have a helpline number on website to contact. I have been charged same amount by clinic as well. And Im not able to contact Practo helpline. Pathetic!!
