New in Plant Communications: TREX2 fusion boosts SpCas9 at tough loci (0% → 9.38%), and 38 rice tRNAs were screened to find 13 high-efficiency elements — two hit 100%.

✅ 83% of T0 plants: 19–27 OsCPK genes edited simultaneously
✅ Two plants: all 29 target genes knocked out
✅ Works in N. benthamiana too
