@airindiain #flyai absolutely ridiculous customer service. My flight got canceled. No ones reached out to me. Customer care asked me go to go airport. There is no one in airport. Its not #flyai its #scamai.

@airindiain @airindiain #flyai, it's been 24hrs now. No one has contacted us or given any information. We are totally in the dark . Cancel our tickets , give us our money back. #scamAI we were supposed be at our destination by this time. Nobody has any idea of whats going on.

@airindiain I haven't heard anything from any AI staff. It's been over18 hourss. The customer service asked me to go to the airport. There is no AI counter one at the sfo airport.
