Western unity in the UN only seems important when it concerns vital US interests.

The problem is a divided US that dont have the societal and political unity to follow policys that both parties share, hence no stability and major policy changes every 4/8th year.

Populist parties in Europe have in common being against mass migration, not any other issue.

@TheGloriousLion Geopolitical considerations,and migration are intertwined. If Ukraine would loose the war the rest of EU would experience mass migration of ukrainans, and later on Ukraine would be used in a belarusian manner, with asian migrants being pushed towards Poland to destabilise the EU.
