According to PitchViz (based on the ball-tracking data) this is the most inconsistent surface for a Test in England since records began. Which is not ideal

KKR batting attack collapsing like a pack of cards barring Rinku.
Most fcukall obstructing the field decision you've ever seen.
LSG losing their heads at the end of the 1st inns.
A bowler bowling 2 beamers in the last over. And being allowed to bowl.
KKR wk gifting free runs to the opp.
Shami hitting the 5th six of his IPL career on the last ball.
LSG sending out Pooran for the super over who hasn't done fcukall.
LSG sending Markam who got stuck at the pitch an hr back.
LSG not being able to bowl the guy who took a 5-er because they subbed him out.
I think we might have seen the best worst game of the IPL. This match did full justice to being a proper 9 vs 10 clash.
BIG : Fixing allegations have emerged from the NZ vs Canada T20 WC Group Stage match (Match 31) played on Feb 17 in Chennai, with the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Unit now formally investigating the matter.
The probe centres on a specific over from Canada captain Dilpreet Bajwa, where he began with a no-ball, followed by a wide, and conceded 15 runs.
The allegations were first highlighted in the Canadian documentary “Corruption, Crime and Cricket”, aired by CBC, with ICC examining the claims under its anti-corruption code.
The Ministry has issued the following directions through the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA):
1. Minimum 60% of seats on any flight to be allocated free of charge to ensure fair access
2. Passengers travelling on the same PNR to be seated together, preferably in adjacent seats
3. Carriage of sports equipment and musical instruments to be facilitated in a transparent and passenger-friendly manner, subject to applicable safety and operational regulations. Airlines shall also bring out clear, transparent policies for carriage of pets.
4. Strict adherence to passenger rights framework, particularly in cases of delays, cancellations and denied boarding
5. Prominent display of passenger rights across airline websites, mobile applications, booking platforms, and airport counters
6. Clear communication of passenger entitlements in regional languages to ensure wider accessibility and awareness
The Ministry of Civil Aviation remains committed to enhancing passenger experience, ensuring transparency, reducing grievances and upholding the highest standards of safety across the aviation ecosystem.

As a broker, there are rare days when risk management simply doesn't work, when markets move so violently that traders lose more than their entire initial margin. When this happens, both the trader and the broker are sitting ducks with no way out.
Yesterday was one of those days in commodity markets. All major metals hit lower circuits—the maximum they can move in a day. Silver crashed 30%, Gold 15%, and others followed. Btw, Natural gas was on an upper circuit.
In our 16 years of operations, we've only seen something like this once before: when Crude oil closed at a negative price during COVID. But that was just one commodity, and commodity trading wasn't nearly as popular as it is today.
What happened in commodities yesterday can happen in equities too; we saw it in 2008.
The lesson is simple but critical: only trade with money you can afford to lose. You can trade successfully for a decade and lose it all in a single day if you're not properly managing risk. There's no margin call, no exit opportunity when markets gap through circuits like this.
After Davos NATO is like a hundred year old. Everyone knows the end is near, but not how many years it will take.
History will probably see Davos as the end of NATO.
After a year of shamefully flattering Trump, Europe reached the point where it gradually started straighten its back. Ironically Europe was led by a Canadian - prime minister Mark Carney.
My own Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre speaks very differently about Trump after Davos than before. He is not alone.
The historic purpose of NATO was to defend Central Europe against the Soviet Union. The Soviets were a credible threat to Europe. We needed US support to handle it. Russia today is no threat to the core of Europe.
Russia may be a threat to small nations in Europes periphery like Estonia and Latvia. But it’s clear as daylight that the US has no intention of providing a military guarantee for these states. If Europe wishes to defend them, Europe needs to step up.
Added Europa and America now diverge on nearly every main global issue. Europe has much more in common with the Global South:
* Trade: For Europe trade is an instrument of economic cooperation which makes us all richer. For US trade is a tool of strategic leverage.
* Environment: Europe wishes to combat climate change. Trump scorns green action and claims that wind mills are pushed upon the world by China (Such a major achievement of China if it was true.)
* Democracy: Europe is still fundamentally democratic. The US is semi authoritarian. It’s highly unlikely that future presidents, even if from Democratic Party, will roll back the extraordinary powers conquered by the Presidency under Trump.
* Greenland: Trump wishes too buy it or coerce it. Europe stands up for the right of a people of 56 000 to decide its own destiny.
* Spheres of influence: US claims dominance over the Americas. It’s more than unclear if that was accepted on what basis we will deny Russia dominance over the former Soviet or tsar Russia states.
* Multilateralism: Europe believes in global cooperation and the UN. The US has withdrawn from a huge number of global institutions and puts scorn on those where it still keeps membership
We are used to see failed states as the root of global turbulence. Today Washington is the epicenter of global turmoil. Europe has started to set itself free. What made NATO relevant is history.
#Telangana: High Court today ordered Telangana police not to stop and force citizens to pay pending traffic challans
2. Any citizen wants to pay can pay upon their choice , if the police wants to take an action then due process (court notice, etc.) must be provided
3. Snatching of keys, or any other coercive steps cannot be taken by the police over pending challans
Advocate @VijayGopal_ argued the matter
