@LIC_HFL hello I am following with your Indore team regarding change in EMIs for my loan accounts. Your CC gave me a few emailIDs and number for indore branch. But no one responds satisfactorily from there. I tried calling as well many times. Could you pls guide who can help me?
A humble request to Hon'ble @nitin_gadkari ji,
You've transformed India's highways over the last decade. The next opportunity is to make our EV highways the best in d world.
Like petrol pumps, dedicated EV charging hubs could become a standard feature of every major expressway
My reflections after a recent long-distance EV road trip across India.
India doesn't have a charger shortage anymore.
It has a charger reliability problem.
There's a big difference.
A thread on #EVCharging ecosystem in India.

The success metric for public charging shouldn't be:
"How many chargers did we install?"
It should be:
"How many drivers completed a stress-free charging session?"
That's the KPI that will accelerate EV adoption in India.

We're already seeing encouraging signs.
Operators are setting up large highway charging hubs, and government policy is increasingly focused on expanding fast-charging corridors.
The focus must shift from quantity to quality. Reliability is the next competitive advantage.

What India needs is the EV equivalent of modern fuel stations.
Dedicated charging hubs with:
⚡8–20 DC charging guns
⚡ 120 kW+ chargers
⚡ Guaranteed uptime
⚡ Priority grid supply
👨🔧 Support staff
🍽️ Food & shopping
🚻 Clean washrooms
Charging stop shud not be a gamble.

The next phase shouldn't focus only on adding pins to a map.
It should focus on certainty.
Drivers should know before arriving:
- Charger is online
- Gun is available
- Expected wait time
- Expected charging speed
Navigation must certain charging session.

Power reliability is surprising.
For chargers located on highways.... when electricity goes off... the charger goes off.
For intercity mobility, EV charging should be treated as critical transport infrastructure, not just another commercial electricity connection.

Another common issue:
Most stations still have only 2 DC charging guns.
One car charging.
One car waiting.
Suddenly your "20-minute stop" becomes an hour.
Fuel stations solved this decades ago with multiple dispensing bays.
EV charging must scale similarly.

Chargers inside petrol pumps. Good location. Poor execution. Too many are unattended.
If the charger hangs, trips, loses connectivity, or refuses to initiate charging, there's nobody to help.
Infrastructure without operations isn't infrastructure.

As an EV driver, I don't ask:
"Is there a charger?"
I ask:
"Will it work when I reach?"
That's the real anxiety today.
A charger shown on the app doesn't always mean a successful charging session.

Over the last few years, the pace of charger deployment has been impressive.
Government programs are funding thousands of new DC fast chargers along highways, while private players continue to expand aggressively.
The ecosystem is moving in the right direction. 👏
But...

Very shocking & surprising move by #giis & #elpro. They suddenly discontinued the school frachisee in the mid term leaving no options for parents.. and no communications at all. @PMOIndia@HRDMinistry must take some actions against such fraudesters
In 1997, When Steve Jobs returned to Apple, Apple was making 350 products. He reduced it down to 10 and focused only on them as he believed its better to have 10 best products rather than 350 mediocre ones.
Do Less but Do it best.
